Therapy for People-Pleasing and Trauma
You may be struggling with people-pleasing, trauma, anxiety, low self-worth or relationship difficulties that keep repeating. Maybe you’ve always been the one who holds everything and everyone together and you’re exhausted by it. You give a lot. And somehow you still end up feeling lonely, like no one quite sees what it costs you.
I’m Ariana, a BACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist based in London with over a decade of clinical experience, including five years within a specialist trauma service. I work online with adults across the UK who are tired of putting everyone else first and are ready to understand why.

How I Help: Online Trauma & People-Pleasing Therapy Based in London, Serving the UK
Life doesn’t always fit neatly into categories, but many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious or exhausted from carrying too much for too long.
Specialist Therapy for Childhood Trauma →
Living with the long-term impact of childhood trauma, developmental trauma, relational neglect, bullying, sexual abuse and narcissistic abuse can leave you feeling constantly disconnected and overwhelmed. Supporting adults to safely process deep-rooted past experiences and restore nervous system regulation. I also support adults living with symptoms of PTSD and C-PTSD.
Therapy for People-Pleasing, Over-Responsibility & Perfectionism →
Putting everyone else first, feeling responsible for other people’s happiness, saying yes when every part of you wanted to say no, and living with the chronic exhaustion of over-giving. Supporting adults to break free from perfectionism, overcome the fear of rejection, and build genuine self-worth.
Therapy for Anxiety, Burnout & Low Self-Worth
Navigating a relentless cycle of self-doubt, perfectionism, stress, and burnout can make you feel completely stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Supporting adults to quiet anxiety, rebuild internal confidence, and break free from emotional exhaustion.
Therapy for Relationship Anxiety & Repeating Patterns
Feeling trapped in recurring relationship patterns, trust issues, and communication barriers often triggers overwhelming anxiety around intimacy and abandonment. Supporting adults to understand their relationship anxiety, build secure boundaries, and foster deeper interpersonal trust.
Therapy for Boundary Setting & Guilt
Struggling to say no without immediate guilt, or feeling like every boundary you try to set with family, partners, or work requires a lengthy explanation is exhausting. Supporting adults to set clear, guilt-free boundaries, communicate their needs confidently, and reclaim their personal space.

About Ariana
BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in London

Hi, I’m Ariana, a BACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist based in London, specialising in childhood trauma and people-pleasing. I have over a decade of clinical experience, including six years inside a specialist trauma service. My work combines professional expertise with genuine human connection.
People-pleasing and trauma are at the centre of what I do.
Because after years of clinical training and working with hundreds of people who describe themselves as ‘people-pleasers’, and adults struggling with childhood trauma, I’ve seen how much this shapes identity, relationships and the stories we tell ourselves about who we are and what we deserve.
