COUNSELLING WITH ARIANA IN MANCHESTER

Ariana Pedzikowska BACP accredited counsellor and trauma therapist London

There’s a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from holding everything together on the outside while something quieter pulls at you from within. For a lot of people across Manchester and the North West, that tension has been building for a long time, often long before they can name it.

I work with adults across Greater Manchester, including Salford, Stockport, Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale and Wigan and throughout the wider North West, including Cheshire, Chester, Warrington. Sessions are fully online, so wherever you are in the region, we can work together without travel getting in the way.

My work focuses on the place where trauma and relationships meet. If you find yourself anxious in relationships, stuck in people pleasing, struggling with boundaries or repeating patterns you can’t quite break, there’s usually something earlier underneath it. Childhood experiences, trauma, attachment wounds, fear of abandonment, codependency. Not labels, but ways of understanding why things feel the way they do.

Online therapy works particularly well for people with demanding schedules, whether you’re working from home in Didsbury or Chorlton, or commuting into the Northern Quarter or Spinningfields. Sessions can fit around your life and needs.

There is no need for you to arrive with clarity. Most people don’t. Something has brought you here, and that’s enough to begin.

Can I see a trauma therapist in Manchester online? Yes. All sessions are conducted online via a secure video platform, accessible from anywhere across Manchester and the North West.

How do I know if I need trauma therapy? If earlier experiences, childhood, past relationships, difficult life events, seem to be impacting how you feel and behave today, trauma therapy can help you understand and gently shift those patterns.
